Creativity as a tool for innovative teaching and teacher wellbeing
Teachers today are under enormous pressure – paperwork, inclusion, digital teaching, communicating with parents. Their wellbeing often comes last, even though it is key not only for them but also for the quality of teaching and the atmosphere in the staff room.
Teaching skills
Creative methods for the classroom – project-based and experiential learning you can use straight away.
Wellbeing
Space to recharge and prevent burnout – time just for yourself, with no pressure to perform.
Collaboration
Sharing good practice and strengthening team dynamics away from the usual work setting.
What your staff can look forward to
- Art Pub Quiz – a relaxed, playful introduction to art
- Team painting – creating one large painting together, combining creativity and collaboration
- Individual painting – if your staff prefer a more personal, meditative format, everyone paints their own picture
- A smooth process – we handle everything from setting the date to the day itself
A calmer, more reflective option
Not every staff room wants a noisy team game. We can also run the workshop as individual painting – each teacher creates their own picture with an instructor's guidance and takes it home. Ideal for slowing down and recharging.
For pupils and students
Art as a path to self-discovery
Adolescence is a time of searching – who am I, where do I belong, how do I handle the pressure of school, relationships and my own emotions? Regular lessons often have little room for this. The workshop combines art with personal development and gives pupils tools to understand themselves better.
Art movements and techniques
An unconventional, playful introduction to different approaches to art.
Handling stress
Practical tools for coping with the pressures typical of adolescence.
Self-expression
Space to understand their own emotions more deeply and discover their potential.
A stronger class
An experience that builds pupils' self-confidence and relationships within the class.
Painting is the means, not the goal
While creating, students learn to listen to themselves and process what they are going through – at a time when they need it most. The instructor leads the group so that everyone takes part, whether or not they “can paint”.
