For events of 100+ guests
Side programme
We can be part of events for 100+ people where we are not the main act but make the whole event better. A subtle creative extra that naturally draws guests in without disrupting the main programme.
- Company anniversaries
- Success celebrations
- Gala evenings
- Conferences and parties
Two options
Choose your format
Depending on the character of your event – one large shared canvas for the whole evening, or a free creative zone where everyone makes their own piece.
Shared canvas
Everyone paints on one shared canvas during the evening – they put on an apron for a few minutes and add their part. Bit by bit, a picture emerges that captures the whole evening.
- Ideal for special occasions – company anniversaries and success celebrations
- The painting can feature company colours, products or key ideas
- An experienced instructor is on hand throughout
- The finished piece can hang in your office as a reminder of the event
Pop-up creative zone
Guests stop by at any point during the event, try a technique and leave with their own piece – at their own pace, without booking.
- ArtMoment – acrylic paints, your own 30 × 20 cm canvas (20–30 min)
- ArtInk – abstract alcohol-ink art, the quickest format (10–15 min)
- ArtWine – painting with wine, a 25 × 15 cm miniature (15–20 min)
- We can run every format for hundreds of guests in a single day

Why a side programme
An extra experience your guests will remember
At big events where the main programme is already running, we add a creative moment guests will appreciate.
No disruption
We are not the main act – we are a natural complement that never competes with your programme.
Something extra
Guests take away an unexpected creative moment that makes the event special.
For 100+ guests
We scale the format for hundreds of guests in one evening – from casual drop-ins to one shared piece.
Track record
